Work delivers opening remarks during the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) Spring Quarter Graduation ceremony in King Auditorium, June 19. This class was comprised of 290 graduates from every U.S. branch of service, and 19 countries, earning 296 advanced degrees. The NPS mission is to provide relevant and unique advanced education and research programs to increase the combat effectiveness of commissioned officers of the Naval Service to enhance the security of the United States.
